Drawing on his expertise in Software Engineering and a strong background in menu development and operations, Gabriel is dedicated to making fresh, local food more accessible.
By blending culinary expertise with innovative tech solutions, he aims to bring communities closer to the farmers and producers who nourish them—one fresh share at a time.
